This workshop utilizes exercises involving movement, breath, and voice to focus on the whole body through five systems. It supports the movement of Chi, or life force, within these systems to balance and stabilize the energy flow, leading to relaxation (less stress), increased vitality, better health, and better overall well-being.

Systems affected:
Skin – Helps to counteract negative effects of the environment that are absorbed into the body.
Muscle – Works to clear obstacles so the flow of energy is resumed, and the system remains viable.
Blood – Works to create more oxygen in the blood to keep the body healthier.
Skeleton – Provides better connection and groundedness for day-to-day functioning.
Nervous System – Promotes relaxation and emotional regulation supporting our body, soul, and spirit.
