This is a system of meditation that will teach you to truly meditate, whether you are new to the practice or have been practicing for years. It combines both ancient and modern techniques utilizing 5 key components:

2. Passive Meditation – Sitting quietly and observing, feeling, and being aware
3. Active Meditation – Used to create conscious change to support a purpose
4. Guided Meditation – Involves a journey, script, or story to attain relaxation, inspiration, comfort, or direction
5. Soothing Down – Peacefully returning to full awareness
